Step-by-step process

We want to give you everything you need to feel comfortable and confident during the application process. Below is a step-by-step guide that clearly details how our admissions process works.

1. Apply online

Complete and submit the online application form – you can save your progress at any time, so won’t need to worry about filling out the form all at once. Remember: you will need to apply with enough time to organise your visa, which can take a number of weeks depending on where you live.

2. Advisor contact

If you meet the entry requirements, you'll receive a response from an expert team of specialist student enrolment advisors within 2 working days (Monday to Friday). They will talk you through your next steps and support you throughout the process.

3. Offer letters

Upon successful application, we will send you an offer letter and guide you through the acceptance stage. In your offer letter, we will outline any conditions you need to meet and explain your fees and how to pay them.

4. Confirm your offer

Once you understand all the details, you can confirm your offer electronically. It is best to secure your place as soon as possible so your offer is not lost and you can begin planning logistics for your arrival.

5. Pay your fees

To confirm your offer, you first need to:

• pay the confirmation fee
• return your signed acceptance form.

6. Receive your CAS

After meeting the conditions of your offer letter and making the necessary payments, you will be issued your Confirmation of Acceptance of Studies (CAS). Once you have this, you can apply for your visa.

7. Planning visas and accommodation

Next, you will need to obtain a visa and think about where you will live during your studies. Your student enrolment advisor will be there to offer expert guidance on applying for your visa and booking accommodation. We are also able to help you book your transfer from the airport if needed, so please don't hesitate to ask.

8. Prepare for your arrival
